My Dearest Henry
The salt water of which I was liberally covered with the Spray to day has not washed off my tender remembrances of the abbey I wish it had as while I think so much of it & cast so many lingering looks behind <1> at it, I shall not enjoy what is before me so much. Our table is at this moment spread with the same white china & reminds me again if I was inclined to forget
