I was in Bristol yesterday I saw the Captain and the Merchant of the Ship Wilson <1> she is expected to sail on the 12th Inst, consequently our emigrants must be in Bristol on Friday next. I spoke to the Mr Irving who is the Merchant and proprietor of the Wilson respecting a medical man, he informd me the last Surgeon he sent on board of the Vessell [sic] he gave £50 independent of his keep during the Voyage, he has not determind as yet wether [sic] he will appoint one for this Voyage or not depends he says on the health of those about to go out, there was three Vessells left Bristol yesterday two for New York and one for Quebec, no Surgeon on board, those of our Parish are desird to meet at the School Room this Evg to Receive instructions for their departure
