Monday March 1st
Dear Sir

I have received a letter from Mr Haight, <1> stating that he will be in London on his way to America in about three weeks from this time.

I am well content to leave my affair in his hands, and whatever arrangement he may deem most for my interest I shall be willing to abide by.

I shall suggest to him the propriety of having the deed made out in his own name, as the style of our firm will necessarily be changed and I know not what it will be. His name moreover would have a good effect in deterring attempts at infringement of the patent.

Very Respy Yours
E. Anthony

H. Fox Talbot Esq.
