Dear Sir,
I settled with Mr Fussell on the 12th June and received your Conveyance he is to pay you £2.15.0 as Rent of the Land till Michaelmas next, or till he has cleared his Crop, unless the Land should be required by the Railway Compy before that time, in which case they must pay for the Crop &c
I will pay your Subsn to the Sheriffs Friend & make the Enquiry you wish about compounding
