Dear Sir,
The Bowdens will not take less than £200 for the field I mentioned to you the other day – including the two little pieces near the hill – according to the Parish map the quantities are the large Field – 3ּ1ּ8
small – do – – 24
do – do – – 26
<total> 3ּ2ּ18
This is about half an Acre more than is shewn on the little Plan which you saw – I have seen the Land and consider it worth £200 – <or?>
They would take £350– for the whole including the six Cottages at the bottom of Ash Hill and one Acre and a half of Garden & Land adjoining.
Perhaps you will be good enough to let me know your wishes about purchasing both or either Lots.
I am dear Sir your obliged Sert
