I will take an Early opportunity of explaining to your Tenant at Nethermore ^<1> the arrangement you have made with Lord Lansdowne ^<2> respecting the shooting over his Farm. I propose to hold your Audits on the 27^th and 28^th ins^t I hope you have had better accounts of M^rs Talbot ^<3> – I was very sorry to hear she had been unwell.
