You are quite right about Baileys <1> Lease – the term is 14 years – I remember that Bailey was very anxious at the time to have had it extended to 21 years and I felt confident that it was done – I have now find the Lease before me and find that I was mistaken – perhaps you will have the kindness to correct the Memdum <2> which I made in the Account as to the term – I ought to have referred to the Lease in question before I replied to your last note – I am sorry that I did not do so
