Chippenham <1>

22 April 1842.

I will to day pay £300 into the North Wilts Bank at Melksham <2> to Mrs Talbots <3> Account as you desire –

With reference to the proposals you made to me the other Evening for assisting you in the business part of your patent right <4> I can only repeat that I shall be most happy to enter into any arrangement you may think likely to forward your views or wishes – and you may rely upon my best exertions –
