11th Feby 1875.
My Dear Sir
I am very much obliged to you for your letter when can I expect the MSS. Will you allow me to suggest that as the war of the seven spirits <1> has not yet been published with an interlinear text it could form an excellent paper for our transactions if it could be got ready in time; for I am now putting vol IV (the July No) in hand, the new part having been issued to the members today. If you like you can send us the simple translation for the R of P. at once and reserve the more scientific publication of it till the May Meeting of the Society
when may I expect the Darius. <2> Cyrus. <3> & Nabonidus <4> the Egyptian volume being nearly ready.
The Classes opened on Saturday with an admirable attendance and they are promising to go on very well
Yrs flly
