Records Vol. IX is also passed for press and will very soon be out, every thing is ready but Mr Birchs <3> preface
The sad loss at the B.M has most disturbed Dr Birch and Mr Boscawen <4> is dismissed. Alas the New Assyrian students now are Mr E. A. Budge and T. G. Pinches <5> both brought forward by the Archaic classes
