I am sorry y raise diffties on 2 pts connectd wth the loop railw.

Wd it set ye matter straight if I were to make y. the follg propn.

Y. will proby roast a good deal of ore before sendg it away. If y do not adopt that plan at first y will proby be led to do so after a short time –

If you wish some of yr trucks that convey ore to the rlwy GWR Shd bring back coals on their return journey, I wd propose that in considn of ye expenses in Conveying 1½ mile by canal & of the toll of 1/ on the ore, the return journeys of cars laden with coal shd be toll free.

I am sorry you raise difficulties on two points connected with the loop railway.

Would it set the matter straight if I were to make the following proposition.

You will probably roast a good deal of ore before sending it away. If you do not adopt that plan at first you will probably be led to do so after a short time –

If you wish some of your trucks that convey ore to the railway Great Western Railway should bring back coals on their return journey, I would propose that in consideration of the expenses in Conveying 1½ miles by canal and of the toll of 1/ on the ore, the return journeys of cars laden with coal should be toll free.
