I possess no plan of Mr Starky’s lands adjoining mine – I believe they are in Chipp. parish – if so, the parish map wd exhibit them, & cd be seen on applicatn to the churchwardens at Chippm – The land on the North side of the public land belongs to Mr Starky, for a considble distceHis land joins I believe ^his land joins to that of Mr Lysley – But you cannot possibly that ^Mr L’s land is out of ye questn, being too far to the North – Mr Starky is the only proprietor to w wth whom we are concerned. I believe that an applicn has bn made to him but I have not heard his reply.
