I congratulate you upon having established Lord Talbot via the Shrewsbury title & estates – I think if this case had been well managed he would have won easier – However it is perhaps better as it is –

Have you heard any thing about the application to M^r Starkey? I am very anxious to get on but things are so bad in the Iron districts that no harm is done by a little delay –

Shall you be at home on the 14^th or 15^th of the month if I were to run down?
