I beg leave to communicate to you the Resolutions adopted unanimously at a Public Meeting held at the Council Chamber Salisbury, on Thursday the 26th of Septr and I have to express on the Part of the Committee, appointed in order to carry those Resolutions into Effect, that Hope that you will be disposed to concur in the Object: and to contribute towards either or both of the Two Plans, by which it is intended to record our Sense of the Virtues and Character of Lord Herbert.
A List of Contributions received to the present Date, may be seen in the County Papers: and Subscriptions are received at any of the County Banks: and in London at Messrs Hoare, Messrs Glynn and Messrs Ransome and Bouverie.
