Dear Henry

I believe that Grate was made by Moser the best Ironmonger in London, & the man who made your Fenders, but I have written to my brother <2> to know more particularly & shall have his answer tomorrow. I am going to Laycock Abbey the end of the week & then Wright <3> shall measure the fire place or sooner if you wish it.

a Deputation came here to Lord Lansdowne <4> before he went to London & there is a requisition for a County Meeting to address the Queen <5> but in addition to congrats there is to be tacked to it an exposé <6> of the distresses of Wiltshire & of the 4000 operatives turned adrift at Bradford a formidable body of malcontents
