My Dear Henry
Horatia <1> says in her last letter that Amandier <2> supposes M. de Bassano <3> is in London! Pray clear this up to my misstate vision. If M. de B. is in England Amandier's brother must be so too, I understood they were to come together & am anxious to hear something about it. I suppose you don't yet know what day you come back

Thinking your time is much taken up I will not trouble you with a longer Letter
We have looked for the comet every Evening but in vain. Wright <4> has been very diligent in this pursuit
