My dear Sir
I must apologise for not answering your letters sooner but I assure you that the subject on which I receive letters is far beyond the limits of my capacity I shall therefore enclose you a letter which I have just received fm my friend D Sharpe <1> who has made some most important points out of the long Inscription Our time will prevent his publishing much of the fruits of his workings but I trust considerable information will be contained in his appendix to my book which will be in print probably in 5 or 6 weeks – The Sanscrit appears to afford the most information but any [hints?] from you I am sure he would be delighted to hear I shall add his Address Adelphi Terrace that you can if you prefer write direct to him or I will forward anything you may send to me –
Believe me to remain Yours very truly obliged
