PHOTOGRAPHIE STÉRÉOSCOPIQUE
FERRIER PÈRE, FILS & SOULIER
Boulevart de Sébastopol, 99
Paris.

Sir,

I very much regretted not being able to bring you the photographs and present my respects to you personally. On each of the Proofs, you will find the name of the subject which it represents, written on the correct side of the image, in accordance with your wishes.

We would be very grateful if you were willing, as you give us reason to hope, to send us a specimen of the gravures which you have obtained. It will enable us to judge where the photographs could be flawed, and, if you needed any others later, remedy them, which we will always be happy to do for you.

In the meantime, Sir, please accept the assurance of my sincere regards. Your devoted servant,
Ferrier
