Dear Sir,

We have altered the draft Agreement between Mess <sic> Fussell and yourself to what must be terms if the negociation is carried out.

We have no doubt of the Companys Agent giving the Compensation and price asked by them and bearing all their expences of Title &c as provided by the Act – and as their view in entering into the arrangement is simply and solely for your accommodation if not placed in a better they certainly must not be in a worse position

Let us have your determination as early as you can as we want to meet Mess <sic> Driver or other subjects and are avoiding an appointment with them until we have your definite reply that we may know what line of Conduct to take with reference to this treaty

We are dear Sir Yours very obedntly

Goldney & Fellowes

W H F Talbot Esq
