I enclose a mem: of agreement ^<1> stating briefly the terms on which you take M^r Marshalls ^<2> house ^<3> which if satisfactory I shall feel obliged by your signing & returning to me & I will send you a duplicate signed by myself as agent –otherwise you may Keep it until you come.

I inquired at one of the neighbouring cottages across the river this morning & find you can have a very good bedroom & a large double bed if required for 5/ּ p^r week

Should you wish to come a day or two earlier or later the agreement can be altered
