Dear Sir,

As I find many persons, who have not seen your the results of your process on Steel, have not an idea that it is as perfect as it is – and as much attention is being given at the present moment, to the application of Photography as a printing process, as a means of illustrating scientific Literature I have been thinking that it might be agreeable to you to have an appropriate plate and paper in the next number of the Microscopical Jl and if you could forward me a plate engraved with any microscopical subject I would work off the necessary number of plates from it – Awaiting your answer

I am Sir Yours very truly
Saml Highley Jnr
