Dear Sir,
I feel no doubt as to the expediency and advantage of taking down the present building intended for a Drawing room and I think the elevation will be improved by a projection in the center of the Gallery something in the way of the Sketch I ventured to send before I saw Laycock Abbey I hope your Stay in Scotland will be prolonged for a few days as [illegible deletion] on Tuesday next I shall be at Kinmount <1> at Mr Scropes <2> twy Miles from Carlisle on Wednesday at Glasgow & on Thursday at Dunkeld <3> I will enquire at the Post Office Glasgow for a letter
