Dear Sir
I beg to forward you draft agreement <sic> with Mr Beard <1> prepared according to your instructions.
I have thought it best to prepare the draft giving Mr Beard the most ample authority but if you prefer that he should not have any power to sign licences a trifling alteration can be made so as to reduce his authority to a power to agree to grant licences – In your instructions you state Mr B. not to give (or agree to give).
I have not used the term quarterly in the rendering accounts but have preferred to to <sic> leave Mr Beard liable to account at all times when required – In all other respects I think the Agreement will be found to be in accordance with your instructions which I have returned in case you should not have any copy
I am Dear Sir
your <sic> obediently
Wm Chas King
