Dear Sir

I think that it may be very proper in a future stage of the proceedings with the Company to consult Counsel as to the proper course but until we know what is required from you there is not any matter requiring advice and the expence of a conference with Counsel at present seems to be useless

There is an absolute Power vested under your settlement in Mr Mansel Talbot and Mr Mundy at your request and direction to sell all or any part of the Lacock Estates there is no need of any act of Parliament whatever.

I am dear Sir Yours truly
Wm Chas King

W H Fox Talbot Esq.
