My mother wants to know whether, if she lets the stables to the person named in the accompanying letter, it might not be possible to get somebody of property to become surety to her for the payment of the rent.
Perhaps Mr Pouris's Master with whom he has lived 7 years, would make himself assurable for the due payment-
If not, she seems to doubt whether it would be safe to accept of the present offer-
