My Dear Sir
I shall have great pleasure in meeting you at Inwood <2> tomorrow – I suppose about eleven o clock – I am sorry it will not be in my power to dine with you
I have many apologies to make for not having called at Lacock but the weather really has been so untoward that I have only ventured out on very quick walks or I should have proponed a day here to Capn Feilding <3> and you before this. I hope tomorrow to fix you for one. With best compliments to Lady Elizabeth <4> to whom particularly I beg to make my excuses for my want of attention on not having called
