I Receivd your letters <1> dated the 5th Inst for which I am particularly obligd including the one Lord Lansdowne <2> sent to Mr Buchannan <3> the Government agent at Quebec, In reply to your request I beg to inform you that every preparation has been made as far as can be relative to the emigration, there are thirtyseven in number who intends [sic] going out including Children, I am sorry to say I have heard there is to be no Medical person on board during their passage, I purpose going to Bristol to morrow to make an arrangement preparatory to the Voyage, and to know what day the Wilson ship <4> will be likely to sail, any further information I may be in possession of on my return I will forward to you without delay,
