Sir,

I have looked over my books & find a number of [Stevens?] charged in 1828 – as No 33. I believe there was some confusion in the Number, but you may easily assertain whether your set is complete, those should be 39 parts in all – the last is much thicker than any of the others & was not published for nearly two years after the rest. As for the value, that is only to be known by sending it to an Auction, as things are at present I should not wish to purchace, but I can put it into a sale for you and if it does not bring the price you wish, I can buy it in for you, or I will let you know the present market price & sell it for you upon commission. I have sold many books in this way lately for gentlemen and made much more for them than they would otherwise have got for them.

I have the honor to be your very obedt servt
Rodwell
