Dear Sir

I think that the rent You pay me, is as nearly as May be $44ּ 10ּ P month, certainly under £45, and if you take the house on for another fortnight, the rent must be the same – that is £22ּ 5ּ/

I regret to find that your family remain for medical assistance advice, and if you find that health requires you to remain after the 29th, I could not think of binding you to that day, – only as I may have to take these Lodgings on, I should wish you to let me know, as soon as you are able to do so, if you require to remain after the 19th,

I ever am Dear Sir Your very faithful

E D Sandford

29 Charlotte Square
