Your favor <1> of the 13th Instant on the Subject of the Chippenham <2> right to retain two Members <3> under the New reform bill has just come to my hands I have been at Cheltenham for some days or I would have replied earlier

It will give my brother I know as well as myself great pleasure to afford you with our friends all the Assistance in our power
