As spring is at hand I have taken the liberty to write to you respecting the wire fence being so long a time since the order it is almost double the price for the material & it will be a very great difference to me at the price agreed for at the time, if it is delay’d it will be worse therefore shoul <sic> be glad to do the job immediately as we are at liberty to wait on you
