Sir,

With respect to the Case above referred to I beg on the part of the official Referees & myself to inform you that the present impression of the Official Referees is that the erection shown in the Drawing would be contrary to the Metropolitan Buildings Act unless the Chimneys and Party Wall within 5 feet therefrom be raised, but that before making their Award therein they wish to give an opportunity to the Parties to be heard if they should desire it, & have accordingly appointed Wednesday next the 17th. inst at One o'clock at this Office for the purpose.
