Friday
My dear Henry
I think there is no doubt that we shall be suited tomorrow with a Nurse <1> I have just seen Mr Kenrick, <2> who tells me he is to see several either this evening or tomorrow morning & that Mrs Kenrick will make a report to him of some she has seen today. He approves of the person Vennell, recommended by Mr Jennings, <3> as far as he can judge from my account & he will see her himself tod tomorrow early. So among them all, there is little chance of a disappointment. If they fail, I shall contrive to write to you tomorrow by railroad or late post. In the mean time our little dear is going on as well as yesterday so we shall manage without inconvenience.
I am writing in haste as Mr Kenrick called so late I have only just time to save the post I am very well Matilda <4> is so happy making tea & does it so nicely!
Your affte
Constance.
