My dear Father

I received the 5£ Post office order quite safe & am very much obliged to you for it. I have been given my remove into the lower Sixth Form. We go to Dr Vaughan <2> in private reading on Tuesday & do the Plutus of Aristophanes Mr Bagwell <3> kindly gave me a lot of specimens of ferns with their names in case they might be useful to engrave.
