My dear Papa,
We think you will find some writing paper in the drawers of the large table next the fireplace in the Library. I am sure some was left in the lowest small drawer left-hand side of that table – which perhaps Charles could find for you. If however that should have been used up – [Gee?] could procure you some from Austin who keeps I believe good plain ordinary Stationery – I know his envelopes are very good – and I believe Charles deals constantly with him for letter paper – But if you have a fancy for any particular sort from Bath and will let me know which you prefer, then I will send you some by post.
The weather today has been very cold, and disagreably [sic] stormy and I am afraid you will feel it rather chilly at Lacock. –
We expect Monie back tomorrow.
