Henriette has at last got a letter from Emma, which from some unexplained cause seems to have been delayed a month. They are settled at Baltimore, & she gives an excellent account of themselves – Henriette will it show it you when you come.
Charles arrived yesterday from London, complaining of not being well. But at any rate he is better off here than at Lacock whilst it is so cold.
We expect you on Monday, & will you please tell Gee to bring the Stilton Cheese with him
