Sept 6th

Dr Sir-

I have received a printed slip from Liverpool, but which appears to me too short to form an article, and besides I wished to introduce a mention of something else before I came to an account of the Photoglyphic Engraving.<1> I must however leave the matter to you-

I should advise the Article be altogether omitted at present, and deferred to next week, if you have any short article in type which would replace it-

Yours truly
H.F. Talbot

P.S. The printed slip sent to me is quite correct.

Mr Taylor
