My dear Henry
When you had my ‘Family Recollections’ last winter you said you wanted more about Miss Porter <1> – I now send you some of her letters & a journal also five fasciculi of your Mothers <2> letters to my mother <3> & to Miss Porter which you will find very entertaining read them & return them to me if you please – I dont know whether it is at all likely that I shall be at Bath this winter but it is possible – I hope Mrs Talbot <4> and all your folk are well & snug in their Bath Home – I am going to Coedriglan <5> for a week – I have just let it to a new tenant & want to see that all is right My brother <6> is back & forwards between London & Margam <7> because Olive <8> is in London & does not like leaving her doctor – Emily <9> is very well. I have been seeing Annie Franklen <10> lately who saw them as she & her father & Charles were at Margam last week – We had a violent hailstorm last night & it is so cold that the hail is not yet melted though the day is sunny –
Your aff cousin
