Although M^r Traherne ^<1> has not the pleasure of being acquainted with M^r Talbot, he has learned his love of Botany from his friend M^r Dillwyn. ^<2> M^r Traherne has therefore taken the liberty of sending M^r Talbot a few Specimens, some of which may perhaps be acceptable:
