I exceedingly regret that I have been so unfortunate as not having had the honor of meeting with you the several times you have been in town since I last wrote.

If still disengaged may I ask the favor of answering this so as to enable me to fulfill the duties you require by Stating the Particulars when I will most cheerfully render you all the assistance in my power to elucidate the same by an immediate and strict attention to your interests.
