The application made to you was by mistake of the Clerks for Mr. Biggs the Burser, as I had Paid into Childs & Co. the Amt. £4.7.5 on the 2nd Inst. and in consequence of their not having the Printed Receipt ready I was requested to apply to Mr. Biggs and applied at his office in Milne Coach Buildings. Templer found he was still at All Souls College. Oxford arranging the Acmounts to be collected. I waited upon him yesterday & obtained the Regular Receipt. At the same time he said for the future he would make the Application Yearly instead of two applications when I requested he would do so addressed to Mr Henneman, Regent Street. He accordingly made a memoranda to that effect in his Books. so that for the future you will not receive any more applications.
