Sir George Walker presents his compliments to Mr Talbot and will be much obliged to him to pay the amount of his House rent to Messrs Cox & Cos Craigs Court Charing Cross to be placed to Sir G Walkers credit but besides the 12 weeks Messrs Musgrave & Co informed Sir Geoge <sic>, that Mr Talbot had promised to pay for the three days previously to the time agreed upon, as the House was ready on the Monday the 13th of March & entered on the 14th & Messrs Musgrave & Co said that Mr Talbot would rather have his own upholsterer to take down the beds, Curtains &c or <sic> pay for the three extra days 4· 10· 0· –
