Chippenham <1>
June 11th 1832 –
Dear Sir
I shall be happy to attend you on your Canvass of this Borough on Friday and Saturday next, and beg to say, I hope you will not delay it beyond those Days, for I expect a strong Opposition, – Captn Boldero <2> arrived at Grittleton yesterday, and I understand it is his determination again to offer himself as a Candidate. –
I believe your Address was well circulated, – It gave great satisfaction to your friends, but they much wish to see you, many of them are continually questioning me as to when they may expect you.
With great respect
I remain Dear Sir
Yours very faithfully
Wm Wilmot Junr
