My Dear Talbot

My Eldest brother William Worsley is down for the Atheneum <1> & very anxious to get in as one of the hundred – If you can give him any assistance I shall be very much obliged he is either proposed or seconded by Judge Parke <2> who is one of the Spl Committee – I rather expect to be in Town in a few days Thanks for the pamphlet which is clear & practical <3>
