On the 15 ult I wrote you<1> requesting to know upon what terms you would grant me a licence to practise the Calotype process – and that I should prefer practising in London – I should feel obliged by your answer as soon as may be convenient to you as I have many arrangements to make which depend much upon whether I remain in London or have to remove many miles hence – Waiting your answer
