Dr Sir
So long as Mr Collen <1> perseveres in raising fresh difficulties I see no prospect of a speedy and amicable termination of this troublesome business.
So far from having ever Consented to receive the percentage on 5/ only for the Copies, I have always refused to do so, (unless they were sold to the public at 5/).
This is mere delay & waste of time, & I now call upon Mr Collen to produce his proof of my having so consented – otherwise it follows of course that he is under a mistake.
