Sir,

I am directed by the Proprietors of the Art-Union Journal to forward you the enclosed letter which we have received from Mr Cowderoy, in reply to the application contained in the accompanying Acct.

If you will have the goodness to transmit a post office order for the amount, or refer us to your present Manager in Regent St – we shall feel greatly obliged – an alteration in the proprietorship of the Journal rendering it expedient to collect all outstanding Accts – without delay –
