You are one of the Trustees of a Term of years created by the Settlement of the Estates of Mr Talbot of Margam <2> for the purpose of raising portions for his daughters –
The South Wales Railway Company have purchased of Mr Talbot the Land necessary for making the line through his Estates and the Conveyance of such Land has been prepared and has been executed by Mr Talbot and his daughters and your Co-trustee.
I am concerned as Solicitor for Mr Talbot.
I shall be obliged by your favoring me with a line stating when and where I may wait upon you with the Conveyance for execution
