Sir/
In answer to your Letter <2> received this morning I beg to say that I will undertake to see that the address should be properly distributed to all the Householders in the parish’s of Chippenham, Tytherton, Stanley Pewsham Hardenhuish & Langly [sic] Burrell that was [sic] in any way likely to become Electors under the new Bill – I also take the liberty to say that many of your friends in Chippenham have for some little time thought it would be adviseable for you to send out an address but that I leave to your better judgment –
