I have this morning received a note from Mr H. G. Awdry <1> stating that he considers it necessary (altho’ it is already implied by the Agreement) to insert some such words as are added in pencil to Clause 10 – if you see no objection to the addition perhaps you will
add make it and send me the agreement signed that I may exchange it with Mr Awdry.
I should have called earlier but I have been engaged in preparing the proposed Deed of Exchange between yourself & your Trustees –
